Most of us want to grow and can't quite name what's stopping us. Some have believed for decades and quietly plateaued. Some are newer to following Jesus and still find most of it unfamiliar. Plenty of us sit somewhere in the middle, loving God and showing up on Sunday while something underneath goes unnamed.

What's often missing isn't more information, but a person to help us understand and navigate it. Someone who knows our story, asks the right questions, and walks beside us as we figure out what faithfulness looks like in our lives.

Who it's for

Discipleship gets filed under "for new believers," which is where most of us stop considering it. Twenty years in and spiritually dry counts. Leading others with nobody feeding you counts.

Maturity and independence aren't the same thing. "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another" (Proverbs 27:17). The most mature believers in scripture stayed in relationship the whole way through. None of us outgrows that.

Your guide meets with you regularly through video, so where you live and what your week looks like stop being the deciding factors. Together, you open scripture, talk through what is happening in your life, and work through the questions that matter most to you right now.

Format
Video. Fifty minutes, face to face, from wherever you are.
Cadence
Regular, on a rhythm you set with your guide. There is no syllabus and no set number of sessions.
Between sessions
Your guide prays for you by name and invites you into a rhythm of prayer that shapes your week.
Switching
If your guide isn't the right fit, switching takes one message and no difficult conversation.
Cost
$100 per session, charged after you meet. Church partners and reduced-rate options are on the pricing page.

How do I find a Christian mentor online?
Tell us what you want to work on and we match you with a vetted guide equipped for that conversation, usually within a day. Every mentor on the roster is a pastor or biblical counselor who has been credentialed, background-checked, theologically reviewed, and interviewed in person. You meet one-on-one over video for 50 minutes, and if the first match is not right you can switch with one message.
Is discipleship only for new believers?

Going through a transition that has left your faith untethered counts. The most mature believers in scripture stayed in relationship the whole way through.
How is this different from biblical counseling?
Discipleship is for growth, practice, and attention. Nothing has to be wrong to start. Biblical counseling is for a specific struggle that needs repair, with someone trained for that weight. If what you bring turns out to need the second, your guide will say so and help you get there.
How much does it cost?
Sessions are $100 for 50 minutes, and you are charged after the session rather than when you book. No subscription, no minimum. Session packs save up to 15 percent, and many churches subsidize or fully cover sessions for their people, so ask your pastor.
