- A member may want ongoing discipleship beyond what a small group or Sunday service can offer.
- Someone may be wrestling with hard questions of faith, or walking through a season of doubt, and want a trusted voice to talk them through it.
- A member may want to explore theology more deeply than Sunday teaching allows, and want dedicated time with a pastor or counselor to do it.
- A member may need biblical counseling for a harder season in their life.
- A pastor may not have the schedule availability for longer-term discipleship or counseling conversations.
- A member's situation may fall outside the experience or giftedness of the pastoral staff.
- There may be times when an outside voice, trusted and theologically aligned, is simply the right fit.
How it works
Three ways to walk with us
Churches use BetterFaith differently. You decide what fits your team.
Refer directly
A member in your church wants ongoing discipleship, is wrestling with a hard question of faith, or needs biblical counseling for a harder season. You introduce them to BetterFaith, and we match them with a guide who fits their theology, story, and where they are. They meet by video on a cadence that fits what they need. You stay in the loop, with their permission.
Sponsor your congregation
Some of your people cannot afford ongoing sessions on their own. Your church sets a monthly budget and covers sessions for them. We handle matching, scheduling, and a monthly report back to you.
Extend your team
Treat BetterFaith as a standing part of your ministry team. Our guides are credentialed, background checked, and theologically reviewed before they ever meet anyone from your congregation. You can send someone tomorrow and trust who they will be meeting with.
