I am the lead pastor of Ignite Ministries and have been passionately discipling others since the age of 16. I hold a Master’s degree from Oral Roberts University and I am dedicated to helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Married and a father of two boys, I understand both the joys and challenges of life and ministry. I have experienced seasons of victories, hardships, growth, and refinement, but my passion has remained the same: spending time in the presence of Jesus and helping others encounter Him in a real and life-changing way. Whether preaching, teaching, mentoring, or simply walking alongside others, I am committed to seeing people experience the love, power, and transforming grace of God. My heart is to equip believers to follow Jesus wholeheartedly and to create opportunities for people to encounter the Holy Spirit and grow as disciples of Christ no matter their backgrounds.
What to expect, in Bryce’s words
Our time together usually begins with conversation about how life is going, what God has been teaching them, and any victories or struggles they are currently facing. This creates an opportunity to celebrate growth, provide encouragement, and address areas where biblical guidance may be needed. From there, we spend time in God's Word. Rather than simply reading passages, we discuss how Scripture applies to everyday life. Topics often include prayer, hearing God's voice, spiritual disciplines, identity in Christ, the work of the Holy Spirit, evangelism, overcoming sin, biblical leadership, and living a Spirit-led life. Questions are encouraged, and discussion is often interactive rather than lecture-based. Prayer is a significant part of every session. We seek the Lord together, pray through challenges, intercede for others, and make room for the Holy Spirit to minister.

Outside of sessions
Outside of ministry, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and making memories with my wife and two boys. Whether it's being outdoors, hunting, or spending a day on the golf course, I value opportunities to slow down and enjoy God's creation. These moments help me stay refreshed, connected with those I love most, and grounded as I continue serving others and pursuing my relationship with Jesus.
