I’ve spent more than 25 years in ministry and discipleship, walking alongside people around the world as we explore God, Scripture, and how faith intersects with our real life stories. Through their stories and my own, I’ve learned what it means to carry the weight of hope through unanswered questions, unexpected turns, seasons of grief and seasons of waiting. Through it all I have both heard, found, experienced and shared the stories of God’s faithfulness. And the life giving power of His word, prayer & community. More than anything, I love people and their stories. I love learning where someone has been, hearing the questions they’re carrying, and discovering together where God has been—and still is—at work. Whether you’ve followed Jesus for years, are just beginning to explore faith, or have questions you’re not even sure you’re allowed to ask, I’d love to walk alongside you as we open Scripture, wrestle with those questions, and discover what following Jesus looks like in the middle of your actual life. --

What to expect, in Crystal’s words

We will begin and end in prayer. Then lots of questions. I want to know you and your story and what you are wanting. I will start out with low risk questions moving to high risk questions. You can answer only what you feel comfortable with. And ask me anything. Having worked with teens for 20 plus years I have been asked everything and it takes a lot to shock me. At the end of each session we will come up with faithful next steps and stretch goals to help you grow in whatever area you want. Please note, I love to have fun and I love creativity so I will do my best to tailor these to your unique life story, giftings and desires. If you just need to talk and process we can do that too. You will lead where we go, But I will offer prayer, scripture, encouragement and ideas along the way. I'm looking forward to meeting you and hearing the story the the Lord has been writing in your life.

I love Jesus, My family, the Bible, Coffee & adventure. All ,my life I wanted to be married and prayed for a husband and family. When that didn't happen for 40 years I went on adventures with Jesus instead. My favorite adventure was the year I quit my job and moved to Taiwan for a year and a half to study the bible and teach English. At forty I started a new adventure of marriage, writing a book, miraculously getting pregnant at 43 and moving from Nebraska to Florida.
